Seating with step-free access is situated in row A, which can also accommodate wheelchairs.
These seats are not normally available to book on line, but should instead be booked at our box office.
The box office is open for bookings in person or by telephone on 01556 504506 from 12:00 - 1:30 pm on Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday. A telephone answering machine is available at all times.

We accept payments by cash, card, cheque or our gift vouchers.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel a booking.  Tickets can be exchanged for a different performance or refunds paid at our discretion, provided sufficient notice is given.  Please note that booking fees for on-line bookings are only refunded if a show is cancelled.

When applicable, concession tickets are usually available to senior citizens, UB40 holders (proof required), students, children and young people of school age.

special needs

Please advise the Box Office of any special needs requirements in advance of your visit. Facilities include seat reservations, ramp access, induction loop and an adapted toilet.
